Return & Refund Policy

At ICUNTIC, every wig is carefully inspected before it is packaged and shipped. All sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong product, length, texture, or color
• Buyer's remorse
• Improper installation, styling, coloring, bleaching, or customization after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at icuntic@my.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been submitted.
